Tukar Kerajaan: Hentikan!

Saya memang dah tak boleh tahan lagilah, semak melihat keadaan Malaysia yang kelam-kabut ini, kata Tun, dunia menghadapi pelbagai masalah tapi negara kita pula bukan memberi perhatian untuk menyelesai masalah ini, malah kerajaan langsung tidak mengumumkan apa2 dasar yang betul2 dapat menangani masalah yang menimpa kita sedunia, termasuk Malaysia dari segi ekonomi.

Baru2 ini BN Perak pula nak tukar kerajaan negeri dan yang lama kita dah dengar Anwar nak jadi PM nak tukar kerajaan BN kepada Pakatan Rakyat. Pada takat ini, saya tidak percaya kepada sapa2, kerana semua memang tak boleh pakai, Anwar dengan lompat partinya, BN dengan skandalnya dan tak lupa masalah pimpinan lembap Abdullah Badawi. Sekalai lagi saya mahu kata bahawa semua ini perlu berhenti kerana imej kita di mata antarabangsa sudah tergugat, ekonomi kita terganggu, kita tidak boleh dalam keadaan begini, kita perlu stabil.

Sekarang tidak perlulah Anwar usaha mahu tukar kerajaan samalah juga pada Tajol Rosli, kekalkan apa yang ada sehingga pilihanraya ke-13, waktu itu kalau nak tukar kerajaan tukarlah, sekarang hentikan semua ini dan fokus untuk memulih negara kita yang memang sakit ni. Pakatan Rakyat jadilah pembangkang yang baik, BN jadilah kerajaan yang baik, dengan cara ini sahaja kita akan dapat selesai masalah negara kita sekarang ini.

Saya tahu bahawa saya ni masih muda, mengundi pun belum layak tapi saya masih harap bahawa kita semua sayang pada negara ini. Ada pepatah inggeris kata, negarawan fikir tentang masa depan negara tetapi ahli politik hanya fikir tentang nasib karier politiknya, jadi kesimpulan saya untuk kepimpinan utama samaada pembangkang atau kerajaan, semuanya ahli politik dan bukan negarawan. Abdullah, Najib, dan Anwar, semua fikir pasal karier politik masing2 dan bukan masa depan negara.

Tapi Tun Dr. Mahathir itu negarawanlah, walau saya setuju bahawa dia memang dah banyak langgar batasan undang2…

For A Better Malaysia!

I am sick and tired of our leaders!

I am sick and tired of this political controversy, come on for days we have been dealing with this matter, the media has been putting the same headline everyday. The world is observing us on this issue, the stock market has been tremendously disturbed and the international community is looking down on us. Despite the fact that I’m with Anwar this time around, I still feel irritated at the way of things going on with this country.

Anwar has indeed involved with the sodomy case before, despite at the appeal level he was proven not guilty, the judges, nevertheless, said in their judgment:

Masih ramai yang percaya bahawa Mahkamah Rayuan (Appeals Court) terakhir telah menolak tuduhan bahawa Anwar telah liwat Azizan dan dengan kerana itu mendapati Anwar tidak bersalah dan boleh dibebaskan.

”…Saya ingin perturunkan disini keputusan dua daripada tiga hakim yang mendengar rayuan Anwar. “Tun Jebat” pada 1hb Julai telah catatkan keputusan ini juga. Keputusan ini berbunyi;

“Even though reading the appeal record, we find EVIDENCE TO CONFIRM that the appellants (Anwar dan Sukma) were involved in homosexual activities and we are more inclined to believe that the alleged incident at Tivoli Villa did happen sometime, this court, as a court of law, may only convict the appellants if the prosecution has successfully proved that the alleged offences as stated in the charge, beyond reasonable doubt”.

Yang jelas daripada apa yang di sebut di atas ialah hakim-hakim ini mendapati ada cukup bukti yang mengesahkan Anwar dan Sukma terlibat dalam kegiatan homoseks dalam apa yang dikatakan berlaku di Tivoli Villa, memang berlaku. Tetapi kedua-dua hakim ini mengguna selok-belok undang-undang untuk mendapati Anwar tidak bersalah…”

So, the court themselves stated that Anwar did engage with this homosexual relationship with Sukma, it is clear that Anwar had this act called sodomy. Earlier, in one of my post, I contended that Anwar was not guilty but let us be reminded that Anwar did this thing but what made him not guilty is because the admissibility of the statements of the particular witness was not acceptable.

There was a case, I don’t have the citation as I malas nak cari, where the case was handled by Karpal Singh, where it involve a man charged with trafficking heroin.

The police found the drug at the back of the car and they tested only a package from it, which I think that single package was no

t capable to get t

hose men convicted under section 39B of the dangerous drugs act. The court drop the charges against them. Can you see here, there was a huge amount of heroin, but when the doubt was created, despite it is capable to the truth, these people were eventually released.

The same situation here, the material evidence, shows that Anwar did have that seks luar tabii, but the statement alleging his presence was not accepted, that’s it. Anwar is indeed homosexual. I do not want a homosexual to lead this country.

But what made I supported Anwar until now and please, note the fact I will continue to support him is because his plan for this country. The changes that he was trying to push for this country is very necessary.

Barisan Nasional now, cannot be relied on anymore. Despite we have Rais Yatim and Muhyidin Yassin, which to me these are the people that Mahathir should have selected to replace him in the first place, the UMNO leadership is now controlled by these two minions that will be Abdullah Badawi and Najib. Both of these people is the actual disease in UMNO. If I am capable of voting during the last general election, I will vote other parties instead of BN because of these people and when a new UMNO leader takes the seat of UMNO presidency, I may vote for UMNO and Barisan Nasional.

So, I do not know, as I am a Malaysian who can do nothing about this thing and I am very sure that this will not end – the next probable story is somehow unpredictable but I’m hopeful Anwar should take the Prime Minister seat by this year. This country needs more than the security of certain races claiming to be the original inhabitants of this country, this country need to change, the whole system cannot be trusted and I am very tired of this!

I do not know what will happen next, muak dah!!!

Anwar: I must be fair!

There are few statements that I have come to relied on to put the blame on Anwar instead of Barisan Nasional. As I mention somewhere in one of my post regarding Tan Sri Musa Hassan about his corruption allegation, that when he was asked by the media whether to take the matter to court, he ceased from commenting and my assuption was he is afraid to do so as what happened will be at the knowledge of the public!

Now, for Anwar, I relied on these articles qouted from the mainstream newspaper, on the pssibility of Anwar’s involvement either with his sodomy charge or it is a conspiracy made by him.

Portal: PKR adviser did not deny visiting condo

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has never denied going to the Desa Damansara condominium here where his former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan claimed he was sodomised, Internet news portal Malaysiakini reported.

“I (have) never said that I have never been there,” Anwar said, adding that he would elaborate on the issue later.

Last night, one of his aides told The Star: “It is an occupied unit which belongs to one of his friends and he held meetings with top civil servants there. They discussed business and political matters.”

Malaysiakini also reported that Anwar refused to entertain a question on whether Saiful had ever accompanied him overseas. It said, press reports had claimed that Saiful had also alleged that he was sodomised by Anwar when they were both overseas.

Guard says he saw Anwar at condo

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was seen entering the Desa Damansara condominium here in Damansara Heights more than a month ago.

According to a security guard who spoke on condition of anonymity, Anwar had entered the heavily-guarded premises with his driver and bodyguard.

“Yes, I saw him enter once or twice, but this was quite a while ago. He came in a vehicle not commonly available in Malaysia. It had tinted windows. I saw who was in the car when they wound down the window to touch the card at the guard house to gain entry into the premises.”

The security guards, however, could not recall whether they had seen Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, saying there were many residents entering and exiting the premises.

Security is tight at the condominium and visitors are not permitted entry without the guards obtaining permission from the residents first.

The guards also go on regular patrols around the premises.The New Straits Times learnt that a friend of Anwar’s owns unit 1151 and had given the him access to the apartment.A police forensics team spent about five hours in the unit on Monday.

My conclusion:

Based on these two article, we may come to the conclusion that Anwar was involved with this sodomy allegation. Either he did sodomized Saiful or he met Saiful to plan this sodomy conspiracy. Look at the bold statement in the first article, that I (have) never said that I have never been there,” Anwar said, we have a solid proof that Anwar had been there.

One of Saiful allegation was, he was sodomised overseas, we have they met overseas, Anwar responded to media question as such, that Anwar refused to entertain a question on whether Saiful had ever accompanied him overseas. Based on this statement, when Anwar failed to answer the question and he evaded from entertaining the question, he acted similarly to what or Inspector General have done.

The third, statement made by the guards at the condominium, the guards stated, Yes, I saw him enter once or twice, but this was quite a while ago. Despite the fact that, one of the last alledged sodomy happened 48 hours before Saiful lodge the report, there are few other occasions that Anwar did present at the condo a month before and according to the report, the alledged sodomy happened continously for several months.

So, these are my findings, not capable to be a credible statement but sufficient to make us to think. As i said, we are now left to choose between two evils.
