In politics, everything is about choice, especially when you are living in a democratic country. You choose what you wish and like, regardless of the fact that you need to select from the thoughts of your conscience, majority decides based on interest rather than what should have been decided.
My friend once said, you can believe anything you like as you will say anything possibly accetable to justify your convictions. As the supporters of the government will argue on many grounds to say that the current government is the best choice and the supporters of the opposition will also say everything to make others believe that the opposition is right.
As an exercise of this norm, long ago, I was a supporter of the opposition but now, not anymore. The main reason for my support is simply because we have a weak leader of the government and since that person decides to stop contesting and start arraging for retirement, I see hope for this country in the hands of Barisan Nasional. In the past 50 years, they did a great job by having good leaders and they will again, by the command of Datuk Seri Najib.
From this day on I shall be the supporter of the government until it has become hopeless, then I will turn to the opposition.
